Very large and comfortable rooms, perfect for those with physical handicaps. Great view of the canal from the room. Good breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt, croissants, eggs, and excellent coffee. Hotel located within walking distance of Santa Lucia station. Helpful receptionists who organized a free water taxi to Murano and a paid water taxi around Venice

Felt cozy, but nothing was too much trouble for the staff at the hotel.

The service at Hotel Palazzo Priuli was perfect. When I requested a room change upon arrival, they immediately accommodated me without any extra charge. The staff were so friendly and were pretty good too make my stay special. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the bustling St Marks Square but tucked away in a quiet canal. The room itself was beautifully decorated, complete with Venetian art and a fine canal view. I reminded me of I was transported to a different world. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the coffee machine made the perfect cup to start my day. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Venice.

Great location for walking anywhere. Helpful and multilingual staff. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful rooms with stunning furniture and marble bathrooms. Close to local restaurants and attractions.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was in the heart of everything! We could easily walk to the main attractions and to the nearby water transportation. Our room overlooked the canal, making it a romantic and picturesque spot. The staff were very kind and accommodating. We felt very welcome when we received our complimentary welcome drink upon arrival. we had a fantastic stay at this place.

The location is amazing, close to major attractions. Staff upgraded our room and were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfect and the room had a view of the canals. The hotel decor made us feel like nobility.

The hotel's location next to the Greek church and close to nearby Vaporetto stations made it easy to explore the city. its proximity to St Mark's Square and the stop made it convenient for us to navigate around. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection, and the service at the breakfast bar was courteous and proactive. the hotel provided a warm welcome with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine.

There was no tea & coffee facilities in the room.

We had an fine stay at this historic palace in the heart of this city. The hotel's design and character were fantastic, creating a classy and cute atmosphere. The staff were wonderful, always accommodating and speaking English, made our stay even better. The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was close to the water bus and within easy walking distance of St Mark's Square. the breakfast provided was excellent, with a great selection and attentive staff. Cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and staff were all great.
